First Meeting

First off we like to meet our potential sellers in a no pressure meeting where we introduce ourselves and our capabilities. We listen. We love to hear our Seller’s stories. We don’t buy brands from people we don’t know. Tell us the history of your business. Gain comfort knowing we can be the stewards for your brand and help your business grow.

Get a Fair and Fast Initial Valuation

Initial information shared about your business to inform an appraisal of the value. Generally, this value calculated as a multiple of SDE (Seller Discretionary Income) which is another way to describe the Net Income from your Amazon business. Organized and up-to-date financials aid the speed of this part of the process, but our team can also help you to assemble basic financial statements if necessary.

Agree on Offer and Complete Diligence

At this point in the process, with an agreed-upon offer price and structure, we will put a LOI (Letter of Intent) in place committing to buy your business. Once signed by both parties we will then efficiently complete a standard diligence process following our well-defined process using our knowledge of Operating and Growing brands on Amazon and eCommerce Operations to move the process.

Closing. Exit your Business

Once our diligence is completed, and the closing process is completed, we transfer funds!

We start with 1) An initial all where we get to know each other 2)  Once we learn more about your business and complete a fast initial review we will make an initial offer based on your Seller Discretionary Income 3) We then Agree on the Offer with you and put in place a letter of intent and finally 4) We complete or diligence and finalize the purchase of your business, transferring funds to you.
